Ever since I recently started my knowledge journey into manifestation, courtesy of Manifestation Babe Kathrin Zenkina, I’ve been fascinated by one of the rituals she swears by so often; burning sage.
I’ve seen it done in Instagram stories by numerous Toronto bloggers and wellness experts, but never knew why. I had a very basic understanding that the overall act has been dated back to ancient times while also having Indigenous significance, but what was the symbolism among my own current demographic?
In her ‘Clearing out the Crap’ chapter of Unleash Your Inner Money Babe, Zenkina says, “Sage is known to clear out old, stale, stagnant, negative energy,” advising readers to run the smoke through wallets and other important areas in which they wish to improve the flow of energy (and money).
& it feels SO darn good (while also removing over 90% of bacteria in the air!)
In easiest terms, sage is natural, non-masking and won’t trigger the scent-sensitive or scent-allergic, all while improving the quality of your spaces and your mind.
Here is where you can find sage for your own cleansing rituals in Downtown Toronto.
